Contact management / document generation solution for a small office in Brooklyn. The site parses XML descriptions of various forms to generate (1) an HTML form which the user completes and (2) a PDF of the document (e.g. state liquor license application) with information from the HTML form filled in. Uses PHP, MySQL, Sablotron (XML parser), FOP (formatting objects processor for dynamic PDF generation).
